“I just want to give a big shout-out to office staff for scheduling me in their tight schedule during their busy season I am so impressed with a technician by the name of Jerry this guy went beyond his Call of Duty my AC unit has been leaking water for about a week and half landlord called plumber and first and he said it was my AC pump that wasn't working so she called GNS and had another young man come in and put in the new pump we were assuming that would fix the problem but nope! Had to wait over the holiday and the landlord had called the plumber again he said call the AC people first So she had GNS come back out to look at the problem it wasn't the pump and I just had water coming out of my ceiling like a leaky faucet drip drip drip all this time and Jerry did everything he could do but he was determine the find the problem after checking everything he stood there for a while scratching his head thinking it might be a more serious problem like Plumbing behind the ceiling wall but he was diligent and persistent and dedicated to finding the problem he finally figured out the problem my drain pipe was clod which was causing my unit to overflow with water in my hallway for days.. which the plumber totally missed I just want to say how blessed I am to have a dedicated worker like Jerry who doesn't quit on trying to figure out the problem like most companies do and pass on the problem to someone else this technically was a plumbing problem! but I thank God for this guy Jerry who was patient enough and intelligent enough to take the time to figure the problem out plus saving my landlord a lot of money!. A big shout out to you Jerry thank you so much and God bless you sir.. GNS you have one heck of a worker here this man is a very professional dedicated to the type of work he does for you!!. my hat's off to your company for hiring professional people like Jerry.. both of your technicians were very courteous polite and professional.“
