The analysis of my gate and the quote provided were on target. This work was done by sales manager and co-owner Dustyn, who has extensive experience in installation. My project required that we create a gate that matched the existing fence. While the technical aspects were relatively straightforward, the aesthetic aspect of the project was more complex and a little hard to pin down. To make sure they got it right, Alltech invited me to come to their fabrication shop to map out the gate and discuss colors and treatments of the materials. This was key to a successful result. I truly appreciate that Alltech created time in the process to talk to me in person (as long as it took) to make sure they understood my desires down to the literal inch.

The final result is perfect: a gate is functional and beautiful, and that matches my vision, and blends in seamlessly with the fence.

Last but not least, you should know that Alltech is a family-run business, with two generations involved in the day-to-day operations. I was beyond delighted to be able to support a local independent business through this project. And if I ever need more gates, I’m headed right back to Alltech!“

“I contacted the company about a quote for replacing the gate operator at my home, which had failed. A representative from the company promptly called me back to discuss, which I appreciated. They were polite and professional, but before they would even quote, they wanted to charge a ~$150 service fee to come out and perform an inspection of the gate and surrounding area. I appreciate the need to perform an inspection before giving a binding quote, as its indicative of quality work, but it's off-putting to be told there would be a ~$150 charge just to receive a quote. None of the other three gate & security firms I worked with in town wanted to charge an inspection fee like this.“
