I have been the treasurer of Mona Lisa Village HOA for 4 years. I work mainly with Ken Miller. Ken schedules our gates to open automatically on request, they update our call box resident information, send me updated reports when requested. We are on their extended warranty program and they are here every month doing preventative maintenance. We are notified of any issues and they manage everything (repairs and routing traffic and whatever else needs to be done). We just had 3 loops replaced and Mike Lockner was my contact person. The communication is great. They do what they say and say what they do...no guessing.

I’ve had a positive experience working with Signal Gates as the HOA President. Once communication was established, their responsiveness has been excellent. As a busy nurse, I greatly appreciate that they communicate efficiently through email, allowing issues to be addressed without the need for frequent phone calls during my workday.

They have consistently provided clear, transparent invoices and quotes, and I’ve found their team to be professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their communication and follow-through have made managing gate-related issues much more efficient for our community.
