We absolutely love Cool Willy’s. They’re always there for us—whether it’s a quick maintenance visit or a bigger concern. Carlos has been amazing every single time he comes out. He’s friendly, professional, and always takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with our systems. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
I have had service agreements with Cool Willy’s Air & Plumbing (formally Williamson’s Heating & Cooling) for many years. I also purchased a new HVAC system from them which I absolutely love. I can attest to the quality-of-service Cool Willy’s provides. Walter has serviced my HVAC several times. His HVAC knowledge and skill are outstanding, as is his commitment to customer service. I am so happy Cool Willy’s now also offers plumbing services. Ray just serviced my plumbing drainage system, which included the use of a snake and a water jet with an attached camera. JOHN! The nicest guy!! My house was hot and John gave me a cold bottle of water to start off with and now that Cool Willy's is officially my AC company, I will be calling them again!
