Matthew came out on a call back to deal with an unusual problem with American Standard gas pack. The top cover rattled on startup. He cut new PVC pieces to get the top more secure. Thanks Cool Willys! Good job see you in the fall. Peter D

Smooth process from Cool Willy's from start to end. They were happy to accommodate and schedule a winter HVAC maintenance service at two separate addresses back to back which helped save me time. My previous HVAC company (and others I called) were scheduling on average 7-8 weeks out - which just tells me they are not appropriately staffed for their customer base. Noah was our technician and was very detailed, polite and professional the entire time while at both houses. The service review of everything (with pictures) at the end of his inspection was very thorough. I signed up for the membership and look forward to the spring/summer service.
