Had a 600+ pound hot tub moved across town. Great communication, showed up on time, and were courteous throughout the ordeal. I was surprised that the job only required two people but sure enough—after a little experimentation on the dolly/mats—they had it on the truck. Everything was unloaded perfectly and they were helpful to the very last minute, including helping me rotate the spa to figure out the best orientation for the electrical so I could better inform the electrician of any limitations.I personally witnessed them being incredibly careful moving the unit on to the truck, strapping it down for transport, driving slowly, and unloading it off the truck.
