I had scheduled a round trip to my doctor's appointment. I called the day of to confirm the round trip transportation. They picked me up at my house but my return trip home got canceled. When I called to inquire I was transferred from one person to another and told there was nothing they could do because they had no drivers available and didn't know why my return trip got canceled. I am a disabled senior and got stranded six miles away from my home. This is disgusting behavior that you leave people completely stranded. I called again and spoke to a supervisor Stephanie. If I could give negative stats I would. They continue to dispatch a company that dispatches out of Iraq. Yes Iraq. And they never pick me up but I get a receipt texted to me. So yes they fraudulently use my insurance info and get paid for leaving me hanging and missing my appointments.

if I could give less than one star I would. My mom missed 2 Dr appointments because this people was always sent somewhere else to pick her up. Today we were supposed to be picked up at 5:30, it was 6:30 and noone showed up, I called to find out what was going on and no one helped me. I talked to 4 or 5 dispatchers and they just kept on transferring me to other people, it was 102 degrees outside and my mom on a wheelchair waiting. This is unacceptable and very inconsiderate from their part
You call ahead of time to make the arrangements and they can't NOT do their part and schedule them. I am very angry and disappointed.
