Westerner Products has been a provider of building products since 1966, serving residential and commercial customers in the greater Tucson area. They offer a full range of products including awnings, carports, enclosures, lattice shades, siding & fascia, metal foam roofs, steel roofs, adjustable shades, metal buildings, and outdoor elements. Many experienced staff members have been with the company for over 25 years, and Westerner Products is proprietary owner of many of the products they sell. Customers have found the staff to be amazing and very helpful, assisting with hard-to-find materials like vinyl J-channel at reasonable prices. They also provide helpful tips and excellent materials. Customers have been satisfied with pergolas, noting the convenience of not having to repaint. Additionally, Westerner Products has been praised for great job replacing awnings after storms and for noticing and helping fix roof damage.
After some wind damage we contacted 3 or 4 companies regarding replacing or repairing our patio cover. We decided to go with Westerner Products. Our first point of contact was with Troy, who made several suggestions that not only improved on our plan but saved us money. The installers showed up exactly when they were scheduled and they stayed on the job, non-stop, until it was finished. It took three days. The job site was tidied up every day before they left and a complete cleanup when the job was completed. The installers were a pleasure to work with, professional gentlemen in all respects. We give all those concerned the highest marks.
Great Products. I first bought screen room material from another supplier that was inferior with round spline. The screens came loose in 2 years. Westerner has their own shaped frames that hold flat spline so securely that the screens will tear before they get loose, and that would only happen when the screens get really old. Troy and Ron are very friendly and super knowledgeable. If you're looking for some weird or ancient metal/vinyl product, they probably know all about it, can make you something similar or give you the supplier if it still exists.
I had been struggling to find vinyl J-channel for a siding repair job. After being referred to Westerner Products, i stopped in and what an amazing find. The staff were amazing, very helpful and they found what I had been searching for in-stock at a reasonable price. They also provided some tips for another repair i was working on with some excellent materials they carried in stock. These folks are awesome!
