I see why Salina wins the awards she does every year. She is AMAZING! Her eye for perfection,how much she cares about making you look and feel beautiful. It even rubs off on how she trains her girls. I will be shouting from the roof tops to go see Salina or one of her girls. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!

Salina explained the permanent eyebrow process extremely well. Clear and detailed instructions were given to me before during and after. I absolutely love my new brows! Her salon is clean, neat, and conveniently located right off of Oracle. I extensively researched makeup artists and she was the only one insured. If you want the best you have to go to the best and Salina is the best. I always wanted to do my brows but waited 2 years until I found the best and so glad I found her. A year ago did my brows and best decision ever. I just did a touch up and she remembers you and really gets to know you as a person. I will never go anywhere else!Services: Ombre eyebrow styling

Salina Higgins is an emerging permanent makeup artist in the Tucson community. For the last 5 years she has focused solely on permanent makeup and has had the opportunity to work on over 1000 faces. She has built a business helping individuals unlock their own self confidence with the power of permanent makeup. In addition, Salina is the 4-year running recipient of the “Best Permanent Makeup Artist" award in Tucson. Salina is passionate about her business!
