Wax Werks is the only place I recommend to friends in Tucson! It feels like you entered a cute little cottage each time. The quickness of services is just as impressive as the quality each time. I HIGHLY recommend Angel!! Such a wonderful person and incredible service provider.

I saw Angel, and she did AMAZING!! She got everything up and even talked to me in depth about post-wax treatment. She was adept in both waxing and sugaring, and used the sugar to get up anything the wax couldn’t. Very thorough while still moving very quickly, she had me in and out! I am a VERY happy customer.

I am giving four stars because my service itself and the aesthetician, Angel, were great. I had sugaring done for the first time on multiple areas. Angel explained things to me and was very kind about my nervousness. The salon is also very cute inside. I am taking off one star for the initial communication. I asked for a phone call twice and only received text messages before my appointment from whomever does the communication from the online requests. Then when I got to the appointment, the aesthetician I got booked with didn't provide the service I asked for and was only informed of half the areas I needed done.
