I want to give a special shoutout to my optician CRAIG. He was absolutely wonderful with the adjustment - I've been wearing glasses since 2nd grade and I have NEVER had someone put in as much effort into ensuring my glasses fit well as Craig did.
One of the screws of my glasses broke, which made one of the sides detach. The staff fixed it for free! Super friendly and professional, plus amazing choices of eyewear! Can never go wrong with a pair of Warby Parker glasses!
Today was my first visit to Warby Parker La Encantada, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The Customer Service was perfect, and the frame options were extensive. I really took advantage of their virtual try-on option on their website before going to the store, which I'd highly recommend. Otherwise, you might get overwhelmed by all the choices. I'm so happy my vision insurance switched for 2026 to one that includes Warby Parker as an in-network provider!
