Had a very positive experience here. The service was prompt and my rugs looked fantastic . The employees were friendly and customer oriented. Moving forward, I will be using them and I am content my friend recommended this place. The owner is incredibly competent and was able to respond to all my questions regarding details pertaining to my rugs origin and age . Thank you 🙏
Working with Arash was a pleasure!
Excellent communication. Honest. Fair.
Cleaned and repaired several rugs damaged by moths. He did a great job! He identified a museum quality rug that should be hung, as art, and it's beautiful!
No doubt, I would strongly recommend him!
Thank you, Arash!
I had a moth infestation. Arash came over and took all our rugs(8) and did an amazing job of demothing and cleaning. They look brand new. He and his worker Antone were very friendly . As a woman I am not always listened to, but he spoke to me even more than my husband. I very much recommend Nessa Rug to anyone that wants quality work and great people.
