My wife and I were in the process of buying a new home. Prior to signing the final paperwork it rained and the roof leaked.The current owners had the roof repaired and the sale was completed. It rained again and the roof again leaked.Justin from Tucson Roof Coating came to the house and said the repairs were not properly done. He pointed out that areas on the roof that would leak again.He made the repairs and coated the roof. Soon afterwards it rained and the roof did not leak.A couple of weeks later we had bees inside the roof of our house. Three holes were cut into the roof to remove the bees.
