I recommend Tera Nova Roofing Solutions wholeheartedly! Ten years ago I had two flat roofs done and it came with a ten year warranty. Now, ten years later, I can say that I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The roofs were reevaluated today and are still in great shape. I will have a new top coating done to extend the warranty for another ten years. It might not be the cheapest solution up front but in the long run you come out way ahead! Also, the owner Curtis, is a friendly, honest and reliable contractor. I love to work with people of his character.
Curtis made good work, under warranty, done by his cousin, who has since gone out of business. He corrected the issue on the flat roof coating and provided proof of repair so we could provide to buyers under a deadline for close of sale. Thank you Curtis!
