These people are wicked and crocked as they come. When your lease is up, they will send a final bill to the wrong address and immediately send you to collections, with out a chance to even make a payment on what they say you owe. Do Not Do Business with them!!! If you care about your property and tenants, do not leave your tenants and property into their hands.

TRT started managing my rental property in 2018 when Marcy Kline was President and it was a wonderful experience. Marcy was a stellar communicator and went above and beyond.
Unfortunately, when she moved on from TRT to Taylor Street, my experience as a client quickly declined and shifted to the other end of the spectrum. It’s been a poor experience since then. My management agreement expired earlier this year, however TRT charged me a cancellation fee for the agreement expiring.
