I have seen many practitioners of various disciplines for severe upper back/neck pain. Rich is the only person I have seen who investigated the pathophysiology that is actually causing the pain in the first place. While all the others provided treatment to the painful areas that I identified, Rich took the time to identify and explain the reasons for my ongoing issues. I was surprised to learn that I have been treating the symptoms without addressing the cause of my pain. His knowledge is extensive and his hands-on work is better than any I have experienced.
