First timer for glasses and Shai was incredibly helpful in educating me on the technical optometry terms so that I could understand what it meant for my eyes and health. I'm so appreciative he took the time to explain what I wanted to know and gave me priority over taking phone calls after I randomly walked in to pick up my glasses. And it was fun how he enjoyed seeing me experiencing seeing the world clearly for the first time as I tried them on. I also tried on like 50 pairs of glasses they had to sterilize after and they made me feel comfortable doing that so I could find a pair I liked. Truly wonderful customer service.
Nice office. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Doctor was pleasant and didn’t rush the eye exam. Both my children have astigmatism which makes it harder to tell which lens looks better. He took his time and my children felt very comfortable.
Excellent service when choosing new frames and lenses. My former vision provider had gone through some changes and were using a local lab. Horrible lenses and the tech was the receptionist since all the other employees were no longer working there. My experience at Tucson Optometry Clinic was great and Shia was very helpful. My glasses turned out fantastic.
