First time at the venue and I just say the seats were VERY comfortable. No matter where you sat you could see the stage well. If I had any complaints it would be that there's no aisles in the middle. However, the spacing between each room is not too tight and offers an easy flow when you're passing by.

Went this past weekend and really enjoyed my experience. We saw the Opera, Zorro. Didn't know what to expect really. But it was awesome! Parking is easy and accessible to venue. Eat before you go, no food inside and very limited concessions. You can purchase drinks, coffee, water, beer, cocktails. Very pricey. Oh, $12 for parking and watch the time or you are charged again. Loved the theater very nice.

The seats are hard and cramped. They need to be recovered with padding. The parking stinks. You have to download an app and follow many steps just to get a pass. Waste of time and being that I did all the work, the parking fee should be less!
