I have been assigned a new heart specialist. Dr F. i'm early for my appointment , technically i think this is just a follow up after the New Medtronic Pacemaker was installed. All good

The medical staff is excellent, knowledgeable and respectful. The front desk staff, however, is another story. Disorganized, chatty and rude. I'm not quite sure that they are aware that we are paying customers and we have choices. They are supposed to set the tone for the office visit , not to get patients upset. Excellent care at this facility. Dr Faitelsen acute care has saved my life! And Dr Bouangou is a wonderful preventative Dr. The office is very busy at times and sometimes has staff trainees so patience is needed. Overall very happy with the level of knowledge and service.
