I have been using Cooler Guys ever since I returned to Tucson to live 6 years ago. They have never failed me. Last week they returned twice in one day to make sure I was up and running.
Technician by name of Gabriel came out to my elderly mom's house. He replaced pads, floater and brackets, belts, fuse and bearing. He had it working in less than 2 hours. The service was great and so are the prices.
The Cooler Guy is amazing. They have serviced my mom’s house for years and they took excellent care of me. A cooler that hadn’t ever worked properly now provides me and my kids with the first cool air we have felt in a while. Mike fixed everything that other technicians couldn’t figure out. Amazing service and the customer is definitely a priority. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again.
