I had to call looking for a particular document. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lorraine and she was amazing! She was patient and did her due diligent to find me exactly what I needed. Though it took a while for both of us to get the answers she had to climb some pretty big hills to get them. If you're lucky enough to get a hold of Lorraine when you call terminix feel lucky, cuz she'll say good care of you!
Terminex reached out for my annual termite inspection, set up a time, then Nick sent a text to verify the timefrane for inspection. Nick was prompt, kind and very thorough. He made sure I understood what he did and to reach out at any time with any questions or concerns. Very happy with the sevice!
My pest control technician Matilda Lopez is the best ! If there is something that requires additional attention she tells me about it and takes the necessary steps to resolve the issue . If it weren't for her I would find another company for pest control.
