have been using BURNS for nearly 7 years after I moved to AZ from California, so far I have had the best service - The Tech Crew are very professional - very thorough - skilled & detailed oriented. Even the Customer Care associates are very responsive- with a helping attitude which makes all the difference. I would recommend BURNS PEST ELIMINATION for people who like have their homes Bug - Insect & Scorpion free. Burns actually helps ELIMNITAE these.
Setting up my service was a breeze. I submitted a request on their webpage for an estimate and received a call not even 5 minutes later. Hunter was very friendly and was able to get me a next day inspection and service scheduled.
Lalo, our technician was very quick and personable. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel dumb about what I was asking. I received a full breakdown of the inspection and all the chemicals used to treat the inside and out of the house.
Thank you!
