I am extremely impressed with Mr Cervantes(Eddie) concerning his knowledge of, expertise and attention to detail.. he and his assistant answered questions and educated me during the entire process.. I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation of my new AO Smith water heater and assured me if I have any further questions or concerns give them a phone call … THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR A JOB WELL DONE.. I don’t recommend many companies however I will recommend This company to anyone
I am on the annual service plan with Temperature Control and called them for help with a plugged sink. The line had a small obstruction which did not require snaking so they addressed it while allowing me to keep my annual service credit for another call - thank you for being honest. In addition, they flushed my water heater as a part of the service agreement that I didn't know about. Mario and Elliot provided professional guidance should I ever decide to flush it on my own as I've done in the past. Overall, Mario and Elliot provided friendly, professional and prompt service. Thank You!
Every Temperature Control technician I have had come to my home has notified me of their arrival time, arrived at the scheduled time (or let me know they would be delayed), and performed flawlessly and professionally! I highly recommend this company for all services they offer!
