I'll admit, I was skeptical to go to a used car dealership. Cue the stereotypical used car salesmen vibes, etc. but TVM was anything but that! I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I inquired with them and kept seeing Mason's name - and he lives up to the hype! I inquired at a couple of different dealerships in the area and the customer service was lacking. But Mason followed up with me first thing in the morning to let me know the vehicle I was interested in had sold, but asked me what I was looking for and sent me a listing. The vehicle was in great shape, a great value, and the whole experience was pretty painless! I would recommend TVM!
