I highly recommend Synergy for care of your person with dementia. I have had two wonderful caregivers, Jill Trossman and Lorrie Crim, helping me with my husband for several years. Both have been unfailing in their reliability, compassion, attention to his needs, and support of me in this difficult journey. Jill discovered that he loves Peter, Paul and Mary videos, and they do sing alongs. Lorri makes him laugh. Both are sensitive to his needs. And as for Synergy itself, the office staff are wonderful--quick to help me add extra hours, notifying me promptly if there is a glitch in the schedule, and always polite and cheerful. A great organization and great staff.
Randy Geyen is a great guy and surely a happy one, serving as President of Synergy HomeCare. From my recent experience, it’s clear the caregivers at Synergy truly love their work. They all have strong caregiving backgrounds, along with many other skills, and bring years of experience that add to the company’s success. Synergy was incredibly compassionate , capable and understanding in helping care for mom. Their staff was always dependable and were very good in communicating with each other about her care and preferences. Their after hours employees were also extremely helpful and available when we called. Highly recommend!
