I was having issue with a new thermostat and my heater so I called Strongbuilt. They sent their tech Nyle Miller who explained in detail the new thermostat and how I set it up wrong. He then looked over my whole system just to make sure everything was in working order. Nyle was courteous, very knowledgable and great at explaining everything in a manner I could understand. I won’t hesitate to call Strongbuilt and ask for Nyle for any future ac or heating needs. I give them 5 stars for the the service received by them!
