I have long and gray hair. I just wanted a trim and I let Jean know that I am allergic to coconut base products. She checked the ingredients and used one that didn't have any in it. She was very pleasant and attentive to my needs and was very informative. I'll be back to see her again. Thanks Jean!

Told Isaiah exactly what I want with picture and physically twice and he still wouldn’t listen and give me the haircut saying he thinks his will be better despite me saying I don’t want that

Update 10/8/25- just have to say this store definitely holds up with their stylist, it's been a while since I been here but Julia is definitely one of the best she's always professional and fun to be around makes the whole experience enjoyable instead of just sitting there in silence. Definitely takes her time and my cuts always come out amazing. Jean is definitely an awesome manager and I really enjoyed coming to this store and having the conversations and being greeted to the treatment you get from the moment you walk in. Makes you feel more than just a customer.
