“The location is very convenient. I signed up for their new guest deal. I requested a facial and signed up online. I completed all forms before arriving to my appointment. The front desk folks were friendly but not the most helpful. I was supposed to receive a free wellness add on but of the available add ons only 2 were available. Traci was the one who did my facial. She was fantastic. After the facial she recommended different products. I was never provided the free wellness add on. No biggie as the ones I wanted were not available. The front desk folks who checked me out seemed a bit confused about that and couldn't figure out how to add a tip to my card. They just seemed untrained or overwhelmed. Don't think I would sign up for a package and I probably wouldn't return.“
