I feel very fortunate to be under the care of Eva-Lorena Collins NP and her care team in my opinion she is highly knowledgeable professional and personable I feel confident that I am getting the best possible care that I can get. I'm also highly appreciative for El Rio Healthcare willing to take me in on a sliding scale so I can actually afford Healthcare in America.

I only use El Rio SE for the laboratory because it's more conveniently located for me than my El Rio provider's office. It's a large and very clean facility with plenty of good parking. The wait for the lab is never more than 5-10 minutes, which is really nice. The lab technicians are gentle and efficient. All the staff in the facility is kind and helpful. There's not a lot of noise and hubbub going on in the office, which always surprises me because of the size of the location and the quantity of providers available. So it's a peaceful lab visit. I prefer it over other lab facilities in town.

I've been going here since 2017 and absolutely love it. My doctor is amazing and I hope to stick with her for the foreseeable future. They've helped me through countless health scares and really listened to my concerns instead of just brushing them off. I always feel welcome and comfortable during my appointments and leave knowing that we are taking the necessary steps to improve my health.
