Erin Cowan and Tammy Nausbaum are amazing providers. I took my newborn to them a few times with different concerns and each time they heard me out and helped me figure out what was wrong. They didn’t make me feel crazy for being so worrisome and my baby is alive today because Cowan listened to me and didn’t brush me off as an overly worried parent. However, nurse Kathleen Stenlund made multiple snark comments and made me feel very uncomfortable. When we arrived the very first words she said to my husband and I were “thank you for contributing to my paycheck, you guys are here so often”.
