Sleep Diagnostic & Research provides a very good experience for sleep studies. Patients describe the facility as great, clean, and with nice equipment. The staff is noted as very kind, professional, caring, attentive, and helpful. They assist with scheduling, insurance, and authorizations. Many patients, initially hesitant, feel different after their visit and express they would only return to this facility for future studies, being very pleased from start to finish.
I had a very good visit here for my first sleep study. The Tech who performed the procedure was very kind & professional and office staff member, Rachael, has been very kind & helpful on the phone with scheduling my next study.
My husband had his sleep study done here and went thinking he would just be going to sleep and just leave. He came home talking about how clean and how nice the equipment looked. He said that he won't go anywhere else because of how attentive and professional and caring from the staff. He wasn't really happy to have to get a sleep study but felt different after the whole time being at this great facility. If getting another sleep study it will only be with sleep diagnostic and research of tucson.
