Just like the other reviews, it is nearly impossible to get the results of a sleep study. The hours listed are 8am - 4pm but every time I physically try to go in and get my results they are closed. Their fax number doesn't work and their phone number is only automated. They got paid for the sleep study but I have no results and it's been 3 months!

had my sleep study done in October and I'm still waiting on the results. I tried to call several times but they don't answer either. I even emailed the person on Charge " Rachel Garza " and nothing.

If I could give them 0 stars I will do it. The most unorganized and unprofessional place to have a test. They told me that they only have an appointment in August and the results where going to take one month so I have to cancel my doctors appointment and move it . And then this woman Rachel called me to say that they can't perform the test because they don't have the appropriate equipment so next appointment will be until October. And if I really need the test I should go and look for another place. Mediocre attitude. What a lack of respect. I understand now why they have bad ratings during the course of the time.
