Thomas and Jeff came out the day after we called. They were professional and honest and went out of their way to talk to my husband on the phone to let him know the services needed. They were very kind to me and leg me know exactly what they were doing. We have had a contract with Samson and donx got a c maintainence and after e years with them we will never use another company. This firm provided the key factors for me: Honesty, Competence, and Personable and Knowledgeable technicians. We tried 4 AC firms, and only Samson figured out why our central air shut down randomly and occasionally. Others told us freon or wanted to experiment with changing parts to see if they could figure the cause. Samson's technician found the cause (some loss of insulation on the motor) and said we might have 2 or more years left on it and didn't rush us to replacing the motor. The honesty part! This saved us from an $1100 charge for experimentation with other parts suggested by another firm.

Dylan and Jeremy from Samson and Son’s were excellent. I will be using them for any problems or issues I have with any of my A/C units moving forward. They fixed a longstanding issue on caused by a faulty installation by another heating/cooling company. The mini-split unit I had them evaluate now works better than it's ever worked before.
