After a water line ruptured in my house, remediation work started immediately. Within 2 days I was able to meet with Roland Armenta, Project Director from Royalty Renovation. He carefully assessed the damages and assisted in developing a plan for necessary renovations. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions/addressing my concerns. His estimate was comprehensive, on point and completed within the time frame he had promised. Ultimately, I decided to complete the renovations using independent contractors I had worked with in the past. I would definitely consider using Royalty Renovation for future renovation/remodeling projects.
Royalty Renovation did a great job helping to restore multiple living spaces that had been water damaged. They were professional and communicated well. The contractors that came to our home did quality work and were professional as well. When I requested that they do further repair on a sink, they were really great about it and came out and took care of it with no problem at all.
