We had an exceptionally good experience with Roto-Rooter here in Arizona. The initial visit by Eddie was professional, friendly, informative, and completely pressure-free.The technicians, William and Evan, were extremely competent, hard-working, kept us informed every step of the way, and were incredibly courteous of our home. I cannot recommend this company and their employees highly enough!
We had a kitchen drain blockage …. Sink completely shut. Not something we could open ourselves, called roto rooter and after snaking away went troubles down the drain. We had a professional and courteous plumber DJ Thank you
I would also like to highly recommend Frankie for a pay increase. He was very polite, explained everything in detail, and clearly took pride in his work.
I especially appreciated the care he took while setting the large boulders to avoid putting extra weight on the new water line. He did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated the time and attention he gave throughout the project.
