Giovanni came out within 30 minutes after we made a call about our bathrooms flooding, on a SATURDAY. We didn't know who to call or the process for it. He arrived and immediately let us know it would be a the property mgmt who handles this. He didn't want to do anything that we would personally be charged for and we thank him for his guidance and help! Great business model for sure!

Technician Eddie was very knowledgeable and explored several options to correct the plumbing issue at my house. The next day when the work started Eddie had a work partner, Geoffrey. They both worked as a team and completed the difficult work assignment in one day. The clean-up after the job was supreme. I'm very pleased and if the need for a plumber comes up again, I'm calling Rotor-Rrooter.
