I was scheduled with Dr. Harris for a dental cleaning, filling, and pre-cavity treatment. While Dr. Harris was kind, patient, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly on my previous X-ray appointment, my overall experience during this visit was very disappointing.
Throughout the appointment, the dental assistant staff appeared inattentive, rough and careless. There were multiple instances where I felt the treatment process was disorganized and lacked coordination. Dr. Harris was managing several patients simultaneously, which resulted in lengthy wait times during my appointment and contributed to an overall sense of confusion. On more than one occasion, it appeared that the dental assistant needed to remind Dr. Harris of the next step in my treatment, which did not inspire confidence in the care being provided.
Additionally, I was numbed twice in the same area but continued to experience pain and discomfort during the procedure. This left me questioning whether the anesthetic had been administered effectively. There were also two separate occasions where water was sprayed down my neck instead of being properly directed into my mouth, leaving the back of my shirt wet by the end of the appointment.
As a patient, these experiences caused me significant anxiety and discomfort throughout the visit. Although I found Dr. Harris to be personable, compassionate, and willing to listen to patient concerns, the overall treatment experience felt unorganized and lacked the level of attentiveness and professionalism I expected. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this office for future dental care.

I had a few complications with my temp crown that had me back-and-forth on my reviews, but I can confidently say that even despite a few complications, the dentists and staff here listened to me, got me in quickly, and completed my appointment in a timely manner.
I really appreciate the front desk staff for being so kind to squeeze me in if I had a last-minute need. My permanent crown is holding up great, the dentist is attentive to its progress and my overall health, and the hygienist I saw today was very informative.
This is also the only hygienist I’ve ever been to that has measured my gums. I’m 27 years old and I just found out today I have gingivitis. I’ve never been told this or had such a thorough annual exam.

This place is truly an outstanding and amazing dental / orthodontics establishment! I want to personally recognize Michael for all of his hard work and upmost professional well driven talent, the sence or urgency, organization, positivity, and comfort provided when it comes to everything and anything needed Admin wise to help us out with our patient portals, payment plans, scheduling, you name it he can do it and gets the job done. Behind the scenes of the physical work put in from the dental providers it’s always important to recognize the talent on the computer side too. That stuff is not easy especially when complicated patients are needing a lot of stuff given to them on the admin side for us to document and log things for our own personal needs. Michael is always willing to accommodate and help me with whatever I need. You walk in and he is always there behind the receptionists and is greeting everyone and so kind hearted as well. When I tell you this place is 10/10 stars 100+ stars you name it 1 million stars I truly mean it because of the amazing hospitality that is provided by everyone who works here. Thank you to Michael and the entire team. I am super comfortable and happy to be here :)
