I went for the first time for the Japanese scalp spa. I got the Euphoric Escape Plus which was scalp treatment with massage and blow out. Theresa was my esthetician. She was very friendly and welcoming and did everything she could to make me comfortable. The room appeared to be clean and I didn't have any environmental concerns. She discussed my hair and scalp concerns and decided to do exfoliation and deep condition. I got to see my scalp before and after and it was a definite improvement although my scalp was very red at the end. I asked for medium pressure but wish I would have asked for light. There was a lot of scalp scraping and my scalp became very sensitive so I enjoyed it less as time went on because it was too much. The neck and shoulder massage was not great. Could have used more pressure there but I don't know if I knew it was happening officially. They offer you a complimentary beverage at the end of the service. I got the honey lavender matcha and it was delish. My blowout took a while but looked nice at the end. I would recommend others try this once and see what they think.

Michelle is outstanding. She helped me navigate some challenging hair issues after my move to Tucson. She found solutions that helped me feel good and look my best -- during a very stressful time. She's super flexible when it comes to scheduling which I value. She cuts my husband and daughter's hair as well. I would highly recommend Michelle!

I had seen a friend's review about the hair spa experience and was intrigued. Michele immediately made me feel welcome. I loved the atmosphere of the salon and the space used for the hair spa. Michele took answered all of my questions before we got started and even asked if I wanted a quiet experience or an interactive experience. I went with a bit of both. It was such a relaxing treat from the cozy, warm bed to the delightful scalp, shoulder and neck massage. I cannot recommend this experience enough!
