It was an absolute joy to work with Reliable Septic Service, Inc. I needed an inspection done ASAP and Mo with Reliable Septic went above and beyond to take care of everything! Highly recommended!
I’m very impressed with the care and time taken by Mo to help us with getting our septic tank cleaned asap. Wonderful customer service!Hector took the time to explain the whole process to us including any repairs needed along the way and even any problems we can prevent in the future. We really appreciated this since it was our first time handling this type of Home Ownership situation.Reliable Septic Services was fair and reasonably priced. This is a wonderful, caring, and responsive company. Mo and Hector were amazing, finding a way to fit us in without charging us overtime (like so many other septic companies in Tucson).Before they were able to come out, Mo talked me through several troubleshooting tips while also working tirelessly until she scheduled a team.Hector was very quick, efficient, and friendly. The final bill came in well under the estimated cost, too. Mo and Hector also chose to not charge me overtime even though they worked on a weekend.Exceptional, caring customer service which was absent from so many other septic companies I called.
