I have used this place to lose weight a couple of times. Let me tell you, it works! I lost 77 lbs. although I haven't kept it off, it took a great deal of not following the maintenance plan to put it back on. I've only gained 30 lbs back, but with the tools I used to get the weight off, it didn't come back on right away. I went through the holidays, vacations, birthdays, etc. that caused me to gain. Went on-line to research company and then to fill out paperwork for an appointment. I was called within 48 hours and was able to go in the same day for my first appointment. I am excited to begin the program and feel supported based on the people encountered on my first visit. I am anxiously awaiting my first shipment and have my groceries purchased and ready to go!

I had a fabulous experience at the RM in the Oro Valley area. It's a lovely office, and the ladies at the front desk & medical assistants were always so so so very nice, supportive & encouraging. My medical provider was Timothy. Timothy is a serious guy, and I'm a goofy personality, yet we got along great and he was super informative, professional, encouraging and personable. I'm very grateful to this RM for helping me get my health back on track. This wasn't just about weight loss for me, it was about regaining self-respect and control of my life again after significant trauma, and RM helped me accomplish a very important aspect of that.
