The staff, including Rick and Zeke, are knowledgeable and helpful, offering no-pressure sales and responsive customer service. Customers have reported excellent experiences with the whole house water system and the reverse osmosis (RO) system with alkaline capabilities. These systems have resulted in cleaner water for households and improved drinking water for families and pets. The alkaline RO system also adds healthy minerals to the water. The installation process is well-organized and the finished product looks great. Customers have appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the Puragain Water staff, even in challenging weather conditions. I’m excited and extremely happy with my purchase of a PURAGAIN water filtration system. Starting with the representative Daniel, very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and genuine. He was like a friend hanging out at the house not a sales representative. Ezequiel did a great job installing the system as well as not damaging anything in the process. I was worried about my granite countertops and he did a beautiful job installing the reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink and made it look just perfect. All said and done, I recommend this company to anyone who wants a great water filtration system that has a wonderful team running it.
Daniel did a fantastic job selling the system. We had no intention or buying, but Daniel did a great job of convincing us. Zeek did an excellent and timely install. We are so happy we went with Puragain water. Both did an outstanding job representing the company.
