We woke up with water pouring out of a seam in our garage. Called our home service line warranty company and they had Presidio out right away. Since the break was under a concrete pad Gabriel wanted to have a detection service in to pinpoint the leak. They came the next morning and marked the leak. The break was exactly where it was marked. This all occurred on a Thursday and we thought for sure we’d be without water through the weekend. To are surprise, Gabriel, came back this morning and we had water by noon. The main water pipe broke and I contacted HomeServe USA to have my issue resolved. HomeServe by the way is awesome! There customer service is unparalleled! They texted me and said Presidio Plumbing would contact me to do the repair. This was late Friday night. Presidio called me Saturday morning and scheduled the repair for Saturday afternoon. Roy from Presidio came out and was so professional and courteous. The job was done in under an hour and he showed me the broken pipe that was replaced. Awesome! I would definitely recommend Presidio Plumbing.
We filed a claim with our home warranty last night, and Leo showed up today at 11 am. We thought we had issues with our pipes, but turns out it was an easy fix in our toilet.
