    Last night, we were in DIRE Straits. My niece had come home from a hospital stay and she’s on a ventilator. The ventilator wasn’t working. I called after hours and the RT on-call went to the office and found her ventilator, and came and set it up. Not only did she set it up for us, she waited while we tried it on my niece. She was very patient and she was wonderful. I don’t live With my niece, and I wrote her name on a paper over there. So I would name her personally I think it was Alana, but I could be wrong, but she knows who she is. She was our angel. Thank you, RT Boss lady! We owe sooooo much to you.

    Im a cpap user, i can order every 3 months but normally order every 4 months. I have Insurance, when I order it's always a problem they either don't have the product or can't seem to get it out to my address, I have to wait as much as a month for my orders. Sorry I gave a star, this has been on going for years.crappy company. Once I ordered a part they said it was out of stock they never got back when I ordered again in 4 months they said I can't have that part. Needless to say impissed.

    I just want to reorder my cpap supplies. Called in an order on 4/1/26. Poor service and even worse communication. Lots of unnecessary run-around - I had to call back for status several times. Finally, in addition to incorrect supplies being sent to me, the supplies they did send were the wrong ones. I have called back again several times, but to no avail. Most recently, I was told a manager will call me back....We'll see. After almost a month, no CAP supplies have come and no return slip for me to return the incorrect supplies. And - I am still unable to use my equipment. If I could give them a zero or negative 1 for this service, I would.
