I had given this spot a 5 star review before. Last year they kept up with me and gave me lots of notice for things, sending multiple emails, and txts to keep on top of things. This time I didn't get emails until the day of for some things. Including my bill they posted it at 2:19pm and had it scheduled to be paid in full that same day. Couldn't even give me 24 hours notice. I'm not sure what happened last year to this year but I will not be returning next year. The service this year was awful. Last year i was singing their praises but I no longer feel the same.
After rushing me to make an appointment and send them my previous tax returns, they seem to have dropped the ball. No response to my email. Disappointed to say the least. Very unprofessional.
Please be careful of who you trust to do your taxes. My wife and I hired these guys to do our taxes this year. First of all we struggled to communicate with this group. One person would ask us questions, we would answer them and then they would give the info to the person doing our taxes. We received the same info requests multiple times. Second they delayed doing our taxes till the deadline was over then charged us to file an extension. Third, after filling the extension, they still took a month to finally file our taxes.
