Recently Pest Friends merged with another Tucson pest company called Responsible Pest Control. There are a few minor changes, and the AI phone system can sometimes be a little off-putting, but the service is still top-notch! I had a great service from a very friendly tech who explained everything very clearly to me, took pictures, and went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection. I would definitely choose them again!

After a different company couldn't come out that day and Mr Pack Rat told us there's no way it could be a rat and to call someone else, Pest friends was able to come out within an hour of my call to get a live rat out of our toilet. He said he's never seen this before but he did a great job and it went very smoothly! I was really unnerved but he did a good inspection and left rat traps so I feel a lot better. I would definitely recommend this company they are very professional and helpful.

So far so good. Solomon came by to inspect for Black Widows and found a bunch of sacks in our cellar. Hopefully they will be able to get rid of them. He was prompt and professional. Scheduling was easy and all around great to work with!
