Great experience so far! From first walking in the door and being greeted by the front desk staff to my experience with Dr. Aronson, I'm very pleased. The first thing that actually impressed me was that all of my dog's files were there before our appointment as they should've been (I've had poor experiences with this in the past with other vet clinics). Dr. A was extremely thorough and was ready to talk about Rocky's health history with a custom plan that he had in mind catered to him. This place goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of, great estimates that can be emailed. If you need a vet cardiologist they have one that visits Tucson on a regular basis! Took my 2 rescues here to get their shots up to date and regular checkup. The vet called and spoke with me and went above and beyond to listen to me, 2 hour visit! I am very impressed. They have a pet portal but it doesn't show you the lab/radiology results. They have pet plans as well for senior care, puppy care, and cat care. Great place! The costs are not that much higher than any other vet office, and you pay for the service and atmosphere of this place. They have an... read full review
