Tracy, as a Polarity practitioner, has an incredible power of embodying the needs of her clients through heart, mind, and soul. I had the pleasure of receiving a session from Tracy, in which she allowed me to feel my heart in mind. Through active listening, Tracy uncovered what I most needed; to get in touch with my emotions, and allowed me to transcend my emotions, in order to welcome these in the physical plane, also allowing for self acceptance. Thank you Tracy for the transformational experience.
You haven't had a therapeutic massage until you've seen Tracy. Seriously. The way she intuitively finds locked up places and brings relief and mobility to sticky areas is a gift. She's the first massage therapist I've seen who applies the right amount of pressure where I want/need it.\\nAs a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, my body is my job, and I need it functioning fully. Tracy is an essential part of making sure I'm moving my best.
