We’re visiting from IL with our old dog, Gus who developed a weird rash on his belly. We called Pantano and they were able to get us in the next day. Dr Truong was so thorough and kind. She was awesome!! The Vet Tech (I’m sorry I didnt see her name) was great too!! Makes me wish we lived here ❤️

The best encounter possible when bringing a newly rescued dog in to a well-exam. These ladies were incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate this practice getting in to see us within 30 minute's of calling. Thank you all for what you do!

We took our beloved Spark Plug in May to be eurhanized. The staff was wonderful . They let us bring in her bed to lay on for her comfort. We were allowed to stY as long as we wanted. They walked us through each step, telling us about the meds & how they affect her. She went peacefully , knowing we were there. Wouldn't have it any other way. We continue to take our other Potty there. Vet said , if all the dogs that came in were as sweet & well behaved as her , his job would be easy ❤️ Now , we also take our wild child puppy , Piston there . He received great care & attention through his puppy visits & vaccines . We will... read full review
