The greatest compliment I personally can give to a business is to say they are honest and kept their word. This doesnt even touch how professionally and respectfully all of the work was done. Below, you can see before, during and after photos.
Omni pool of Tucson just finished our spool. They built it in an amazing 60 days (from dig day to water in the spool). Everyone on the Omni team treated us well, listened to our input, answered our questions, respected our wishes and worked with us on all the details. First, Dave Franklin did a spectacular job designing our pool and pergola (going the extra mile to ensure the shade was in the exact right location and the seat height was a perfect view of the Catalina’s). Allysa Redmon who stayed on top of scheduling everything, kept us informed and took care of communicating any issues we noticed. Omni installed a handrail and restored our pool deck (minor repairs and paint). The process from initial consultation and quote through completion was professional in every respect. The project commenced and completed right on schedule. Communications were pro-active, responsive, and clearly established expectations. The handrail is a much-needed addition and looks great. I am happy with Omni!
