Mr. Electric performed a number of services last week at our house. Rickie was very patient and considerate in explaining the details of the work that was being done, especially to me, a retired engineer known to ask plenty of technical questions! The work included: replacement of exterior GFI outlets with metal boxes; adding an interior GFI outlet; performing a panel tune-up, specif., removing double-tapped neutrals and separating grounds and neutrals; and installing a whole house surge protector at the main electrical panel. The electrician was very thorough and explained what he had done. Rick made sure I knew exactly what he had done and and that I knew where the new breakers were after he added 2 new ones to handle electricity in my patio/sunroom.
