Luis immediately made contact, when I reached out through Thumbtack...He was willing to respond again, after Home Depot failed to show up. I would add both "Value" and "Punctuality" to the items above. My Samsung dryer required a new heating element, and his work was outstanding. They have a large collection of classic cartridges, consoles, and controllers for vintage consoles, which all appear to be in excellent condition.
